Sadhana is a daily spiritual morning practice to prepare your body and soul for the day. Sadhana includes some breathing techniques, asanas and meditation. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life. It can be done alone or in a group. Sadhana is whatever you do consistently to clear your own consciousness so you can relate to the infinity within you. Sadhana is always for free, without payment.


Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of awareness. With a mixture of spiritual and physical practices it contains dynamic movements, breathing techniques, meditation and sound. It does not just affect the physical body, it elevates the energy body as well as strengthening the glandular and nervous system of the practitioner.
The goal is to increase our life force and to raise up our consciousness. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool for exploring the vastness of our own soul. It invites us to look beyond the horizon, to expand our own boundaries and to reinforce the intuitive mind.


Alongside the physical practice, Christine’s Kundalini Yoga lessons are focused on the meditative and healing aspects. Her Yoga classes are a fluent interaction of movement, sound, power and stillness and are supported by the flow of love. The fusion of Kundalini Yoga with the healing sound of singing bowls and vibrant gong baths make the classes a wholly holistic experience.
